Callowhill Neighborhood Association hosted a public meeting on November 12, 2018 for the Callowhill Improvement District Committee to present the survey results and work to date.

Neighborhood Survey Mailing
In June of 2018 the Callowhill Improvement District Planning Committee mailed out a postcard with a link to a neighborhood survey. The mailing was sent via information provided by the City of Philadelphia Office of Property Assessments website and was translated into simplified Chinese.

“This could be a great way to bring diverse communities together for a common goal,” said Kelly Edwards, who is in charge of programming with Arts and Crafts Holdings and is spearheading the Callowhill Business Improvement District. “Pedestrian amenities popping up, better street lighting, making this a more livable and enjoyable place for residents and workers.”
